Let’s face it, there’s nothing better than Appalachian Sippin’ Creams, and we all have our favorite flavor! Enjoyed cold and over ice can’t be beaten, but have you tried cooking with them? We’ve whipped up some delicious sweet treats for you to bake right at home for Valentine’s Day with your loved ones. Don’t worry, we went ahead and taste-tested them too!
Banana Foster Pudding Shots
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Whisk Milk, Sippin Cream, and Pudding Mix until smooth.
2. Fold in Cool Whip.
3. Fill cups with 2 oz. of the mixture.
4. Chill for a pudding-like consistency or Freeze for more ice cream-like
consistency.
5. Garnish with a sprinkle of Chopped Walnuts and Caramel Syrup.
No-Bake Strawberry Dream Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
2. In a separate mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and Sippin’ Cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Fold together cream cheese and heavy cream mixtures.
4. Fold in Cool Whip.
5. Puree strawberries (reserving some for garnish) in a food processor.
6. Fold strawberry puree into the mixture until well blended.
7. Spread evenly into pie crusts and freeze for at least 2 hours.
8. Allow to thaw 30 minutes before garnishing and serving.
Dark Chocolate Coffee Tiramisu
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the coffee and 3/4 c. Sippin’ Cream in a shallow bowl.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whip cream, mascarpone, corn syrup, and
1/4 c. Sippin’ Cream until soft peaks form.
3. Soak ladyfinger cookies in coffee mixture, one at a time, for a few
seconds each until they are well soaked but not falling apart. Place
a single layer of soaked cookies in the bottom of a 5 Qt. glass dish.
4. Place 1/3 of the cream mixture on top of cookies.
5. Repeat with a layer of cookies, cream mixture, 3rd layer of cookies,
and the rest of the cream mixture.
6. Chill for at least 3 hours or until ready to serve.
7. Garnish with cocoa powder.
Butter Pecan Poundcake with Glaze
INGREDIENTS 
INSTRUCTIONS
2. Add eggs, 1/2 cup of Sippin’ Cream, vanilla, baking powder and mix again.
3. Slowly add in flour and mix until smooth.
4. Fold in chopped pecans.
5. Bake in a greased bundt pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Butter Pecan Glaze Directions:
2. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 TBSP of water and 4 TBSP of Butter Pecan Sippin’ Cream.
