Place water and chai latte powder in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a simmer, and whisk until chai powder is dissolved. Remove from
heat and stir in Eggo Nog Appalachian Sippin’ Cream.

Place 1-2 tbsp of the cocktail onto a rimmed plate. Dip the rim of your glasses into the Eggnog mixture. Place coarse sugar and 1 tsp of chai latte powder onto another plate and gently mix together.
Dip the rim of the glass into the sugar mixture, and divide cocktail evenly among the glasses.
