Crème Brûlée Martini

Ingredients

2 oz High Rock Vodka
.5 oz Vanilla Syrup
2 oz Heavy Cream
1 Egg White
Bruleed Turbinado Sugar
Blackberries
Ice

Instructions

In a shaker, combine High Rock Vodka, vanilla syrup, heavy cream, and an egg white. Shake and and strain into a martini glass. Sprinkle turbinado sugar on top of the cocktail. Foam and brûlée with a torch. Garnish with blackberries. 

Must be 21+ to enjoy. Please sip wisely.
