Artisanal Stone Burr Mill

Tennessee white corn is milled to a corn meal consistency in our artisanal stone burr mill

Fermenter

Milled corn and pure cane sugar are then combined with "back ins" from the prior batch along with yeast and water from the Smoky Mountains to create our sour mash. During fermentation, the mash bubbles over 4-5 days.

Copper Pot Still

Copper Pot Still

Fermented "corn beer" is transferred to the Copper Pot Still where the mash is heated until the alcohol vaporizes. This is the first distillation.

Copper Distillation Column

Our Process

Copper Distillation Column

As it moves through the copper distillation column, it condenses and is redistilled 5 more times for a total of 6. The copper removes sulfites from the alcohol vapor.

Spirit Safe

Our Process

Spirit Safe

As the liquid is cooled and poured off the tap in the Spirit Safe, the new moonshine's heads, hearts, and tails are collected and separated. Only our hearts are kept from final bottling.

1.5 oz Tickle’s Dynamite Cinnamon Moonshine
3.5 oz Apple Cider

Shake moonshine and cider and pour over ice. Garnish with an apple wheel and sip wisely!

Sugarlands Mint Hot Chocolate

Hot Cocoa Packet
2 oz Dark Chocolate Coffee Sippin’ Cream
1 oz Mint Condition Peppermint

Follow instructions on the hot cocoa packet; when completed add Sippin’ Cream and Moonshine. Stir, top with the garnish of your choice and sip wisely!

Patti’s Party Punch

12 oz. Mayhaw
4 oz Blood Orange soda
top with Club Soda and pour over ice

Apple Cranberry Mule

Apple Cranberry Mule

4 ounces Appalachian Apple Pie
½  cup cranberry juice
topped with ginger beers
fresh cranberries for garnish

Combine liquids and serve over ice; garnish with fresh cranberries and apples.

Blackberry Bramble

Blackberry Bramble

2 oz Blockaders Blackberry
1 oz peach puree
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
¼ cup fresh blackberries
blackberries & peach slices for garnish

Muddle blackberries then add to the bottom of the glass. Add Blackberry Shine, peach puree, lemon juice and simple syrup in shaker and mix. Add ice to glass and pour liquid over.
