Electric Orange Cupcakes

Ingredients

3/4 cup Electric Orange Appalachian Sippin' Cream
1 box White Cake Mix
1 box Orange Gelatin Mix
3 Egg Whites
2 tbsp Orange Zest
1/2 cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Boozy Orange Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
5 tbsp Electric Orange Appalachian Sippin' Cream
2 cups Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Orange Gelatin Mix

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Line 2, 12-count muffin pans with liners.

In a large bowl, combine mix, gelatin (reserve 2 tbsp for frosting), egg whites, orange zest, juice, Electric Orange Appalachian Sippin’ Cream, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

Fill cupcake liners until 2/3 full, and bake for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center of cupcake comes out clean.

Cool completely before frosting with Boozy Orange Cream Cheese Frosting.


Boozy Orange Cream Cheese Frosting


Mix butter, cream cheese, gelatin mix, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in powdered sugar while mixing. Add Electric Orange Appalachian Sippin’ Cream and continue mixing until smooth.

Must be 21+ to enjoy. Please sip wisely.
