4 oz milk
1 cinnamon stick
3 oz Mark & Digger’s Hazelnut Rum
Whip Cream
Garnish with ground cinnamon

Bring the milk & cinnamon stick to a simmer in a thick-bottomed pot over low heat. Allow to gently simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, remove cinnamon stick and pour the milk into the serving glass. Add the Hazelnut rum and stir to combine. Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon.
