To achieve the snow globe effect, place a sprig of Rosemary in a glass of your choice and secure it to the rim with tape. Fill with an inch of water and freeze overnight. In a shaker with ice, combine High Rock Vodka, triple sec white grape Juice, lime juice, and a sprinkle of white luster dust. Shake and strain into prepared glass. This cocktail is also just as delicious and pretty without the snow globe effect.
